With vitaDrive TMS, drivers can view the job items assigned to them in the app in real time, and easily review the job offers sent to them and accept or decline them. They can quickly access every detail — total duration, passenger count, capacity, start and end times — and see the passenger list and stop information clearly to stay on top of the route plan. Drivers can therefore run the operation completely and under control.
Throughout the route, the smart “Service Flow Bar” in the app lets you track in real time how many stops remain, how many passengers have been picked up and what percentage of the route is complete. Stop- and passenger-based navigation support also guides you along the most accurate route, so you follow the planned itinerary without losing time. This gives drivers a more orderly, controlled and efficient way to manage the route.
Smart Communication, Automatic Alerts and Passenger Information
You can contact passengers instantly through the app and manage the route without interruption. When the vehicle reaches a student's or employee's address the system starts the waiting time automatically; if the passenger does not board, the expected waiting time is sent to the relevant people automatically. Communication therefore runs entirely through the system, removing wasted time for drivers and operations teams.
Thanks to the real-time location data taken from the app, notification processes are managed fully automatically. vitaKids Parent Mobile App sends parents real-time alerts about the approaching vehicle, the student's attendance status, boarding and alighting, in-vehicle check notifications and arrival at school or home. vitaAPP Staff Mobile App automatically sends employees the approaching-vehicle alert, the planned boarding time, the service status and arrival notifications. Both parents and employees can therefore follow the service in real time.

Boarding–Alighting Tracking, Passenger Control and Live List Management
Mark passengers as boarded or not boarded easily in the app and follow every passenger movement in real time. With QR code or NFC card scanning, boarding and alighting are written to the system automatically and appear instantly in the driver app. You can also scan a barcode manually and check at any moment whether each passenger is on the shuttle, giving complete and reliable attendance tracking throughout the route.

In-Vehicle Check, Safety Alerts and Automatic Tally Sheet
Before the route is closed, the in-vehicle check barcode located inside and at the rear of the vehicle is scanned to confirm that all passengers got off safely. With this step, an “in-vehicle check completed” message is sent to parents automatically. At the same time the tally entries are written to the system automatically and the route is completed in full, giving both the operation and the parents a safe and transparent process.
If the driver does not open the app at the route start time, the system warns them automatically by notification and then by voice call. If the speed limit is exceeded on the defined routes, the driver is alerted in real time with audible and visual warnings in the app. This keeps safety standards in place throughout the route and minimises risk for a controlled operation.
