Accepted transfers are listed by date, and different status filters let pending, active and completed transfers be followed in an orderly way on a single screen.
Throughout the transfer, drivers can view passenger information, start and destination points, the operational notes sent to them, journey details and UETDS status in the app. Transfers requiring UETDS registration are clearly marked in the system, helping legal processes be carried out in full. Every operational step — the passenger boarding, the passenger not being reached, or the transfer being completed at the destination — can be recorded in the system. Operations teams see these updates simultaneously and can follow which stage the transfer is at in real time.
