It brings vehicle, service, document, payment and invoicing processes for the institutions they serve onto a single platform. Job offers can be assessed instantly, vehicles' operational status followed and maintenance and fleet work managed with ease. By moving every process to mobile, it helps partners deliver a more efficient, controlled and uninterrupted service.

With vitaPartner you can review job offers from transport companies in the app and accept or decline them with ease. The My Vehicles menu gathers every vehicle on one screen; each card shows the plate, make and model, capacity, status and the institution served, along with the job state. On vehicles using vitaDrive you see the driver's on the way, not completed or completed in real time.
Vehicle detail brings together general information, documents, live location and the maintenance and fleet sections. You stay on top of your fleet's operational state and manage everything from job offers to task tracking completely and under control.

Maintenance Planning, Inspection Tracking and Automatic Alerts
The Fleet menu is a workspace for following maintenance end to end. Plan work on screen and receive a timely alert for everything you schedule. Keep track of approaching service and inspection dates without missing one, and view tyre changes at a glance.
Each vehicle's maintenance history and plan sit alongside the maintenance and fleet section in its detail view. You see your fleet's condition at a glance and keep availability at its highest through planned, controlled maintenance.
Every alert is stored in the Notifications area, so past maintenance and inspection reminders are available whenever you need them. All of this makes fleet management more orderly, predictable and efficient.
Create Invoices Through the Tax Authority and Archive Them
Proforma, Timesheets and Tax-Authority Integrated Invoicing
You can view the invoices you will issue to the transport company at month end as a proforma ve timesheet . The Invoices area lists the institutions you serve and, within each, the proforma invoices sent; a date filter makes it easy to check every past invoice. With your tax-authority credentials you can create the invoice in the app and share it with the transport company.
Besides viewing the proforma, you can upload the invoice you issued from the same place. Uploading always asks for confirmation; invoices you have sent or uploaded cannot be changed afterwards, so your records stay safe and the process is fully transparent.
Sign Contracts In-App and Manage Documents Digitally
Online Contracts, Digital Signature and Document Management
The online contract with the transport company is sent straight to vitaPartner through the "send to app" option in the operator detail, reaching you as a push notification. You sign it in the app, and signed contracts are saved automatically to Documents. The whole path from agreement to signature is digital, fast and traceable.
My Documents is split into "myself" and "my vehicles"; you can upload from here or from the vehicle detail. You receive reminders for documents nearing or past expiry and can follow each one's approval status. My Profile gathers your general information (view only), a live support line for requests, language switching, notifications, password change and the institutions you serve, all in one place.
